To maintain a global standard of excellence, our team follows a disciplined weekly rhythm of preparation, training, and service. We believe that our "public" worship is a direct result of our "private" preparation.
Saturdays are the engine room of our ministry. We dedicate this time to both the growth of our people and the precision of our craft.
This four-hour intensive is dedicated to new members and those in our residency program. We focus on:
Once the foundations are set, the full band and vocal team gather. This session is not just about learning notes, but about "locking in" the flow of the spirit. We run the full Sunday setlist, refine transitions, and leave space for spontaneous moments.
Our Sundays start before the sun rises, ensuring that by the time the first guest walks through the doors, the atmosphere is already saturated with prayer and excellence.
The team arrives for final soundcheck, monitor leveling, and a "walk-through" of the service flow. This hour concludes with a circle of prayer—aligning our hearts before we align our voices.
We lead the congregation into the presence of God, holding nothing back.
